Our Fabulous Instructor
Our instructor of piano and voice is the one and only Karen Pippen, affectionately known as Ms Karen by most of her students. Karen has been teaching and coaching as a part of the music industry for over 30 years now. She is quite passionate about teaching and wants each student to know that she hears and see them, and is eager to supply them with the tools and knowledge needed to be successful in their musical studies. In business, she has held the titles of owner, CEO, CFO, agent, and board member. In life she holds the titles of mother, daughter, sister, aunt, good neighbor, cousin, and friend. In the church she has held the tiles of music director, minister of music, vocalist, choir director, worship leader, keyboardist, and director of music & worship. Ms Karen's teaching style comes packed with lots of patience, expertise, mucho experience, fun, and high expectations for each student. She tops it all off with that sweet soft southern accented voice. She absolutly loves it when she sees the "light bulb come on" for the student during classes. You will certainly be privaledged to have her to serve you as your piano or vocal teacher/coach.
